Practice: How can I be sure that a patient will attend his/her appointment?

One of the biggest things you can do to reduce no shows is to confirm a patient’s attendance ahead of the appointment time. This is especially helpful in cases when the appointment is more than a week away.

Opencare increases show up rate for patients by confirming attendance for appointments and through sending appointment reminders.

Inside the appointment, you can click on “see reminders” to see what frequency of automated reminders are set up in the Opencare app. 

If a patient asks to reschedule or doesn't respond to your messaging, you'll receive a notification within the app.
