How do I schedule a patient’s appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is even easier now! Just simply follow these steps: 

1. Select the appointment you’d like to confirm from the ‘Requests’ tab by clicking on the patient’s name. 
2. If you are using Instant book: Indicate whether the appointment date and time still work. 
1. IF NO: send the patient 3 different times to choose from! You can also add a message here to the patient if you want
2. IF YES: Great! Confirm - ensure the provider, and the appointment time is set, and feel free to customize the confirmation message. Then, confirm appointment! 
3. If you are not using Instantbook: send the patient 3 different times to choose from! You can also add a message here to the patient if you want.
4. Click “Schedule Appointment” to enter in the appointment time, ensure the provider is set and feel free to customize your confirmation message. Click either 'Schedule Time' or 'Confirm Time'.
