Practice: Does Opencare send reminders/notifications to patients for us?

We have a few different communications that go out to patients:

Out of Office Alert:

• If a patient requests an appointment with your practice on Opencare outside of your practice hours, we’ll let them know that you’re out of office and will respond ASAP once you’re back in the office.

• We’ll take care of reminding the patient that they have an appointment with your office.

• Please note: if the appointment is booked with less than a 6 day notice, we won’t be sending the patient an auto-reminder.

Should you encounter issues with the notifications that we are sending to your patients, kindly reach us at [e-mail] - Have your Practice name and office phone number ready with the complete details of your concern so we can get things resolved for you!
