Need to make changes to your appointment? We get it - things happen! You can make changes by following these steps:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment:
1. Log in to the Opencare app
2. Click on the appointment that you want to change
3. On the left-hand side of the page, click on the 'Choose a different dentist' button to Reschedule or the 'Cancel Request' button to Cancel the appointment.
4. Update the Reschedule or Cancellation reason.
Note: If you encounter any errors in doing so, please message the practice directly via the Messaging app or reach out to them through their contact details found at the bottom part of the page.
