Patient: Why is my appointment canceled?

We're sorry about the cancellation of your appointment.

Appointment cancellations could be one of the following reasons:

• Unforeseen circumstances like the mandatory closure of dental practices due to Covid-19;
• The practice has not received a response from you when they tried to reach out;
• The practice received a cancellation request from you;
• Others reasons

However, you should be receiving a notification for any appointment cancellation. We recommend  getting in touch with your chosen practice directly, as they're the only ones who have full control over any updates in appointment requests/schedules and can provide you with schedule options that would best match your availability.
