What do I need to earn gift cards through my referrals, you may ask?

Well, it's actually pretty simple:

1. You can't refer yourself.
2. You can't refer anyone who has submitted an Opencare appointment request prior to them using your referral link.
3. Your referred friend needs to click on your referral link and request an appointment with a new dentist in the qualifying regions.
4. Your referred friend must comply with our Terms of Use.
5. Your referred friend needs to visit the dentist for a standard appointment, which means they must book a new patient exam and any dental service like cleaning, at least.

• Please note that all members who have a dental practice on Opencare are ineligible for this Referral Program.

If these are all met -- Well, once the gift card claim of your referral has been validated successfully, your reward will automatically be sent out to you via email! Not bad, eh?
