Short answer: Yes. But it needs to be done ahead of time, preferably before your appointment.
You can send us a screenshot of the offer as seen online or sent via email/SMS and we will update it for you!
- Please note that if we have already processed the claim, we can no longer change the reward.
- If the reward you received doesn't match the offer you had signed up for, please send us an email at support@opencare.com with a brief description of the inquiry or just hit the 'Submit a Request' button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen-- either way, you'd still be able to reach us!
