Practice: Billing Reminders

Time flies, and we know it's easy to forget when you're going to get billed each month. We’ve got you covered with regular billing reminders. Here's how they work:

• We are sending billing reminders which start on the first of every month (9 days away, 5 days away, 3 days away) to remind you about the upcoming billing date on the 10th.
• The email reminders will prompt you to verify any outstanding appointments. This is vital, because you'll automatically get charged for these appointments if you don't take any action (as per our billing policy).

We are also letting you know if there are x number of appointments that need to be verified/reconciled before the billing date. This banner starts showing in your account once you log in from the 1st to the 10th of each month.

Of course, if you do forget to reconcile appointments in time, you can reach out about getting a refund.
