Need to update your profile? Maybe your office hours changed, or you have a new website, don’t fret - it’s easy!
Simply follow these steps:
- Log in to the Opencare App: click here
- Depending on the information you’re changing, select the correct practice or provider on the left hand side.
- Then, click on the ‘About’ tab, and click on the pencil icon of the section you’d like to edit
- Click save once the edits are done
Please note, even though most updates are live within the hour, it could take up to 24 hours for some updates to go live.
